Hello and welcome to the live coverage of India vs Australia 3rd ODI from Chennai! ‘SKY’, as he's known, was trapped in front of the wickets by the left-arm pacer, and there are speculations over his place in the XI ahead of the final ODI. But who makes the way for him? The last time an ODI was played at the Chepauk Stadium was back in 2018 which India lost against West Indies. The series decider between India and Australia has been marred by inclement weather. Until 2008, Australia had the edge over India, but the Men In Blue turned a corner under MS Dhoni giving the Aussies a run for their money. The last time India lost an ODI series at home, it was in 2019… Mohammed Shami is hit for a SIX by Travis Head in the next over. Axar Patel is introduced in the attack and he starts off with a tight over. Mitchell Marsh too hits the spinner for a boundary as 11 runs come off the over. Saved a boundary on that instance, and had produced a similar effort earlier in the innings. Catch the live score and updates of IND vs AUS, 3rd ODI

it's kudos to the guys who bowled before me." But Pandya could not control himself against the spin and sliced one high as he tried to hit Zampa out of the park when the Australian tossed one up. He may have lost Gill as a partner early on — when he was trapped LBW by Zampa for the legspinner's first wicket — but Kohli and Lokesh Rahum put on 69 runs for the third wicket, before Zampa struck again. Adam Zampa and Ashton Agar have spun Australia to a stunning 2-1 ODI series victory over India on the subcontinent, as the tourists won match three of the series by 21 runs and took the top ODI rankings spot. After battling to be all out for 269 in their innings, Australia had to bowl well to defend the total and have a chance of an upset series win, but early on in the India innings it seemed like the tourists had little chance. He faced more deliveries on this occasion but a run-a-ball 47 was sharp progress in the context of this game. Earlier in his career, Marsh at times looked like a one-dimensional big-hitter but he has so much more to his game nowadays. One of the most feared players in the game was reduced to something close to a laughing stock over the course of these three matches. It was easy to rue Kohli’s demise for a watchful 54 off 72 balls and it was certainly a pivotal moment in the match. None of their players reached 50 but Smith — caught behind for a three-ball duck off Hardik Pandya (3/44) — was the only man not to reach double figures. Mitchell Starc (0/67) was contrastingly wayward as he fired down six wides but Zampa had his fourth wicket of a superb spell when Ravindra Jadeja skewed him to backward point for 18.

India vs Australia, 3rd ODI: Zampa, Agar guide Australia to 2-1 ... (The Federal)

Australia clinched the three-match ODI series 2-1 against India with a comfortable 21-run victory in Chennai.

Next over, Starc fired from wide off crease but the length ball was hit for a straight six. Kohli’s first boundary came in his 21st delivery, a pull shot off Agar and two balls later of Tamil Nadu he hit a regal six off Agar over extra cover. But Pandya, however, maintained a 100-plus strike-rate despite tight bowling by the opposition. It was three games in a row that the Indian top-order flattered to deceive and that too in home conditions. Chasing a stiff target of 270 on a tricky pitch, India was all out for 248 in 49.1 overs as Australia came back in the series after losing the first ODI by five wickets. The score-line back then was 3-2.
