The Mavericks will struggle to out-rebound him, and he’s going to be key for the Warriors tonight. As a result of this, it would not be too surprising to see the Walpole native look for a new opportunity. We’re just gonna live, learn and continue to work and get ready for the next game.” Prince led the shorthanded Timberwolves with 35 points on a 12 of 13 shooting night, including the perfect 8 from behind the arc. Referee crew chief Sean Wright explained what happened during an odd sequence in the third quarter of the Warriors' win over the Mavericks.

"Initially on the floor, the original signal was in fact Golden State ball as this can be seen on video," Wright told Cato. With 1:59 remaining in the third quarter and the game tied 87-87, Mavericks forward Justin Holliday dribbled the ball out of bounds, which resulted in the Warriors taking over possession after Dallas called an immediate timeout.
