Social media users have vented their anger after they were unable to buy tickets to the Korean pop sensation TWICE tour through Ticketek.

“I sincerely apologise … “Is anyone else experiencing troubles with Ticketek as I just got to the part where I could choose my tickets and it would not let me purchase anything even though I could select any part in the arena,” one asked. Many frustrated fans took to Twitter to work out if they were the only one experiencing the ticket dramas. The issue appears to be a malfunction on the Ticketek website, with no button to actually purchase tickets on the website. Another said they tried accessing Ticketek on their phone and laptop but was “only able to get one ticket after waiting one hour”.
