He's been at the centre of plastic surgery rumours for years, after debuting a remarkably expressionless new look in 2016.

Baz Luhrmann, 60, did little to dispel cosmetic surgery whispers as he showed his wrinkle-free complexion and plump cheeks during a live interview with Sunrise show on Wednesday. He is pictured left, in 2002, and right, on Sunrise on Wednesday His visage appeared very shiny, while his jawline seemed noticeably more pronounced than they did during his formative years in the spotlight.

Baz Luhrmann's appearance has noticeably changed, with the director showing off his wrinkle-free look on Australia television.

Speaking at the ceremony, he said: "I want to thank my family. Austin, 31, has heaped the praise on the director in a number of his award acceptance speeches. He was interviewed on Australian TV on Wednesday morning and looked a lot different from when he first burst onto the scene in 1992 with his film titled Strictly Ballroom.
