New Prime Drink flavour lands in Black Country Sainsbury's stores (expressandstar.com)

The new 'UK exclusive' KSI orange mango Prime Drink has landed at Sainsbury's stores across the Black Country, with some selling out in minutes.

These products usually come in the form of powders and syrups and are typically marketed as sports supplements,” Food Standards Australia said. “Plus, they don’t sleep afterwards and sleep is super important to teenagers, more than it is to (adults),” Mansberg said. “What we know is that (with) over 100mg of caffeine, (teenagers are) more likely to immediately get heart palpitations, gut upset, and and irritability,” Mansberg said. “But long-term, what we know is that kids who get these energy drinks are more likely to get anxiety and depression.” But they are also promoting another product called Prime Energy. The maximum legal caffeine serving for energy drinks and soft drinks of this size in Australia is 96mg, according to Food Standards Australia which permits 320mg per litre.
