The striker wins the ball and cuts back with authority but cannot force a chance. He wins the ball on the edge of the box, gives himself some space, then dummies back on himself and fires a shot inches over the cross bar. He gets away with in the end but that looked hairy for a minute. It's a lovely ball into the box and the striker reaches for it but can't quite connect. Al-Taawoun are continuing to use the wide areas well and the Al-Nassr keeper looks a little over-zealous in rushing forward for crosses. Al-Nassr have been quiet in the past ten minutes but Gustavo and Ronaldo look a dangerous combo whenever a break becomes avilable. Brilliant run into the left of the box and the winger fires a shot at the keeper. Ronaldo looks a threat whenever he touches the ball but the service up to him was largely cut off in the 15 minutes before the break as Al-Taawoun largely stayed on the front foot. It looked in for a second, but Al-Nassr stay in the game at 1-1. Once again seeing their opponents put the ball in the net wakes up Al-Nassr, and they force a run of shots from the edge of the box. He played a hand in both goals and was the difference between the two sides in the end. He really should cross but goes for glory with the cross and it flies wide.
