Antonio Conte is back at San Siro to take on AC Milan with his Tottenham side in the Champions League.
— Pape Sarr replaces Bentancur in midfield with Cristian Romero also back following a Premier League ban. Secondly, he'd probably like to have a few more central midfielders. Emerson Royal comes in at right wing-back, with Pedro Porro dropping to the bench after his nightmare weekend debut at Leicester. 1hr 15 mins from kickoff: Here's the Tottenham team, which is pretty much as you'd expect with the personnel available. However, he'd unquestionably like to be back at San Siro in better circumstances.

Tottenham have said there has been no approach from Jahm Najafi after reports that the Iranian-American is ready to offer £3.1bn for the club.
Najafi, CEO Jeff Moorad and vice-president Pete Taylor were spotted at Goodison Park during Everton’s 2-1 loss to Southampton last month. Citing information from two people with direct knowledge of the plans, the report says that the offer values Tottenham’s equity at around $3bn before adding about $750m of debt on the club’s books, with MSP and its partners putting forward 70% and the remaining 30% coming via “backers from the Gulf, mainly from Abu Dhabi”. Jahm Najafi, chair of MSP Sports Capital, is reportedly set to launch a $3.75 billion takeover bid for Tottenham Hotspur.
Last month, MSP reportedly held preliminary discussions for a minority stake in Everton. [reported](https://deadline.com/2023/02/jahm-najafi-bid-premier-league-tottenham-hotspur-stx-entertainment-1235260322/) $534 million in revenue in the fiscal year ending June 2022 — at $2.35 billion. The takeover would value the Premier League club at $3 billion and add $750 million in debt to the team’s books.
Tottenham Hotspur could be the latest Premier League club to receive a takeover bid, with billionaire Jahm Najafi said to be preparing an offer.

Stefano Pioli rewarded those who impressed against Torino as he went with a three-man defence that included Malick Thiaw and Alexis Saelemaekers at centre-back ...
The coach will have the task to keep things going as they have in the last two games and hopefully rely more on some of the other new signings. Milan played compactly and as a team with every player fighting for the ball, which is exactly the Milan that won the title last year but has been missing through January. Thiaw took care of his man Kulusevski with ease as he showed great athleticism and reading of the game. The defensive display was a joy to watch and it made the sub-par performances of the last month seem even stranger. The Portuguese winger showed great commitment as he also helped the defence on several occasions and was unlucky to not pick up a goal or assist in the second half. The confidence and composure he showed were also stellar and hopefully, the youngster will continue on the same trajectory as he definitely has that special something.
Who are MSP and Jahm Najafi, are Tottenham even for sale, and how much would the club cost if Daniel Levy and ENIC were to sell up?
And even if ENIC do decide to sell to Najafi’s consortium, that does not necessarily mean that Levy would leave the club. There is a view that the Chelsea sale effectively reset the market for what a top club should be sold for. On top of that, Spurs’ revenues for the 2022-23 season are likely to be significantly higher thanks to the club’s return to the Champions League and the growing number of non-football events held at the stadium. And while European clubs have traditionally been sold for three to five times their revenue, Premier League owners are well aware of the fact that in the US, teams often go for eight, 10 or even 12 times their revenue. [finds himself under increasing scrutiny from elements of the Tottenham fanbase](https://theathletic.com/4071731/2023/01/11/levy-enic-spurs-protests/), with chants for him to leave the club becoming more audible at recent games. (The Beyonce concerts alone are set to rake in millions of pounds for the club.) So by this equation, the asking price for the club would likely be even higher, and further away from £3.11bn. [NFL](https://theathletic.com/nfl/) games at the stadium, the presumption had always been that a new owner would come from the US. At the end of last season, Levy arranged a £150m equity injection into the club — £50m of which has still to be drawn. What remains unclear is whether they would be buying shares from ENIC or new shares created in the club. And as The Athletic has reported in the past, the long-term strategic plan of ENIC, ever since they bought Alan Sugar’s 29.9 per cent stake in 2000, has been to have one eye on a potential sale. [Premier League](https://theathletic.com/football/premier-league/) clubs? Overall, that would put the total bid at $3.75bn (£3.11bn).
Instead, let's get in a short entry for today's track of the day. I'm talking about Tennis. No, not the sport, silly. The band! I first heard of ...
I’d like to listen to the whole album to get a better feel. And so I can’t really say what I think of it. I first heard of this band a couple years ago searching for some covers. The album’s got some mixed reviews. I think I popped on a song or two on my drive to/from the grocery store last week. I had planned on doing a hoddle on Kevin Durant and the
