The initial phase of the La Brea Av Bus Priority Lanes will install bus priority lanes along La Brea Av, between Sunset Bl and Olympic Bl, and will be in operation on weekdays only, from 7-9 a.m. Building the project in phases will allow us to bring the benefits of improved bus speed and reliability to our Line 212 riders sooner, while also continuing our work with the community to finalize the project design between Olympic and Coliseum Street. The installation schedule for the initial phase of bus priority lanes on La Brea Avenue — between Sunset Boulevard and Olympic Boulevard — has been updated, with most construction activities now anticipated to begin in early 2023.
