Although Gwen Stacy didn't appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Bryce Dallas Howard is open to reprising the role in a new Marvel film.

With Howard totally game to return and expressing her admiration for the current state of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s fair to speculate that Gwen Stacy could return to the big screen sometime very soon. Dallas gushed to People, “Emma Stone, in my perspective as a fan, is the definitive Gwen Stacy in that universe.” Still, Howard noted that the current multiverse craze taking over superhero films provides the perfect opportunity for her to return as Gwen Stacy.
