That figure is 14.8 per cent lower than in June, 2021, when the Crime Statistics Agency (CSA) reported that 19,222 offences had been recorded over the previous 12 months. The data shows that the highest number of offences in the 12 moths to June, 2022, were recorded in St Albans (3691), although the overall number of offences in the suburb was 21 per cent lower than June, 2021. As reported by Star Weekly, the municipality’s crime rate reached a 10-year low in March, when 16,839 offences were recorded over the previous 12 months.

As interest rates rise, house values fell on average across WA — but not all areas in the state have been caught up in the downturn.

Lawless said Mandurah was becoming increasingly popular and that was why the value index had avoided a downturn. Nationally, values were down 1.6 per cent as of August — the largest month-on-month decline since 1983.

The Master version of King’s Fall will have all encounters set at 1600 Power, the same level needed for Master content such as Nightfalls and Ketchcrash. Players can expect to see various features similar to the Master versions of both Vault of Glass and Vow of the Disciple, including a higher Power level cap, Adept weapons (called “Harrowed” based on data from light.gg), and raid challenges, which award double loot in the normal version. The raid will receive its Master mode, raid challenges, and the Adept weapons (exclusive to the Master version) starting on Sept.

"We are learning from experience and learning how to manage it and get on top of it early," Mr Brimblecombe said. "Many crops that were planted in that early window, so a spring planting as opposed to a December or January planting, managed to get all the way through to harvest with very little, if any, fall armyworm impact," Dr Miles said. "What has become apparent is that if you can get your corn in on an early plant, you can largely avoid impacts of fall armyworm," she said. "Fall armyworm is a big problem with corn production in general, whether it's maize, or silage, or sweet corn, but we're finding the cooler production windows has meant there's a little bit less pressure of armyworm," he said. "It's been a relatively cool winter in the north tropical areas and fall armyworm has been active at a lower level," said Dr Melina Miles, an entomologist with the Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
