The multimillion-dollar waterfront home went up in flames overnight, with investigators left wondering what started the blaze.
The home is one of the oldest homes in Northwood and was originally built in 1915. The nearest comparable properties are further afield in Hunters Hill where Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton sold their smaller 3600-square-metre property Bulwarra for $18 million in 2017.
