We had a good review on ourselves, how embarrassing it was a couple weeks ago,” Koroibete believes. “It was good to get it done against one of the best in the world, we want to test ourselves at the highest level.” “We were down a man so I had to cover the opposite side so I just put my body on the line there for the boys.

'Disgrace': Boks star can only laugh at yellow as Aussie torched for 'killing a piece of rugby's soul'

But to come here in front of an Adelaide crowd, Adelaide stadium, very proud of the effort we put in.” “We’re very proud of the effort we showed today. Theatrics may win you a penalty but they are a blight on the game. “You are trying to go for the ball, but you’ve clearly got it wrong and struck someone directly in the face. But it a poor advert for the game. It’s just about consistently performing and that’s probably our biggest challenge now is to back that effort up next week in Sydney.

'It's a disgrace to the game of rugby that a player can behave like that' (RugbyPass)

Former Springboks flyhalf Butch James has gone in hard on Wallabies scrumhalf Nic White following South Africa's Rugby Championship loss.

That’s an all-time bit of scrum-half play by Nic White. “That’s an all-time bit of scrum-half play by Nic White. Squidge Rugby described it as a classic piece of scrumhalf skullduggery. Fellow panelist Nick Mallett pointed out that De Klerk has set himself for a fall by making contact in the first place. “Nic White should have been carded for that Oscar … Well-known South African sports pundit Mark Keohane said White should have been sent off, not de Klerk.

He was well known to those in Leinster Rugby in that role as Team Manager, retiring in 2004, but to many many more, across Leinster and beyond, he was a brilliant story-teller and brilliant company and was never short a story or two. With Leinster Rugby, Ging was chairman of the senior selectors and chairman of the under-20 selectors, before joining as Team Manager under Mike Ruddock. A South African news publication has launched a remarkable attack on referee Paul Williams after his officiating of the Australia v Springboks match. The South ...

White has [come under fire for his theatrical reaction](https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/rugby/rugby-news/australia-v-south-africa-incident-24869251) in the de Klerk incident, dropping to his knees and grasping at his face after what looked only the slightest of contact. The referee has made the decision and we have to live with it. "It's hard work when the team is not, sort of, at 100 percent every week. They were once again beaten – the story of 2022." It's a first for me too, I've never won a Test match in New Zealand. The All Blacks were stunned 25-18 by Argentina in their own back yard barely a week after coach Ian Foster just clung onto his job, with Joe Schmidt brought in alongside him to help steer the ship. "The malaise runs much deeper. "Williams has brought shame onto the game of rugby with one of the worst officiating displays in modern rugby. "I am going to try and stay clear of that,” Nienaber said on the incident. The yellow came at a bad time, they capitalised nicely on it. We can only look at ourselves. De Klerk was subsequently sin-binned, with

Wallabies star lifts lid on Hooper texts after stunning South Africa showing.

It is entirely possible Hooper might, at the very least, do away with the captaincy to focus on himself. we’re two different players, obviously, but yeah, being his apprentice and learning from him has been wonderful for me.” This time it came from Hooper, who, like all observers, had been impressed by the Queenslander’s starring role and tries. “Who knows, I’m doing a job for a team at the moment and I just want to, like I said, do him proud, do the jersey proud and do the team proud,” he said. 7 jersey became clear when captain Michael Hooper withdrew from the Wallabies’ Rugby Championship opener for personal reasons. “He’s a soldier of the game, a great at the game, and to see how he goes day to day and how he backs up from game to game (has been important).

Vale Jim Lenehan (Rugby.com.au)

The Australian Rugby community is mourning the loss of Wallabies captain Jim Lenehan, who passed away during the week aged 64.

After concerns with his fitness, Lenehan made a major return in 1965, selected at fullback in both home Test wins over South Africa, their first home wins against the Springboks. Injury forced his withdrawal from the first test, however, he returned to fullback for the second Test to lead the side as they went down 14-5 in Sydney. He went on to lead the point-scoring for the tour with 114 points as he played in the final three Tests against England, Scotland and France.

Wallabies' Hooper on McReight's mind (Rugby.com.au)

Young flanker Fraser McReight says he's hoping skipper Michael Hooper returns to the Wallabies even if it means his Test career again goes on hold.

"Obviously I waited a long time to get that exposure and competing with Hoops for two and a half years was very good for my development in terms of just seeing how he preps - he's a soldier of the game, a great of the game - to see how he goes day to day and how he backs up from game to game," McReight said. "I miss him and I want to keep learning off him as he's one of the greats so hopefully he comes back soon." "He's been wearing that jersey for decades, so obviously it was a big honour and I want to do him proud and do the jersey proud so I thought I did that," McReight said.
