Shaquille O'Neal compared Zion Williamson's physique to that of an NFL veteran & expressed confidence in the Pelicans to succeed next season.

While Shaq appeared to be in great shape, Anthony Adams, like Zion Williamson, appeared to have a bulkier build, prompting Shaq to compare their physiques. Shaq then compared Zion to Anthony “Spice” Adams’ Th*t Daddy alter ego. “I’m going with the New Orleans Pelicans,” Shaq said, expressing absolute confidence in the young squad. ADVERTISEMENT His physical fitness was also a topic of hot discussion in the NBA for a while, as he visibly looked overweight. Since retiring from basketball, he has made a fortune working as a successful NBA analyst.

As many of us have seen, Williamson appears to be in peak condition. He appears to have addressed this by hiring first rate people as chefs and trainers and Shaq has taken notice. Either way, a healthy Williamson in top condition is going to be a major problem for the rest of the league.

In addition to their performances, several celebrities have also begun creating entrepreneurial fortunes through franchising.

Dennis Jenkins Jr considers goodwill one of the most precious commodities that any business can possess, "Goodwill is really hard to build; it takes years of consistent stellar delivery and exceptional customer relations to build any sustainable amount of goodwill," Jenkins explains, "This is why when we offer our franchises, we are adamant about selling to people who can maintain that same goodwill, or it reflects badly on us. The attraction to our franchise is our proven system; we are perhaps one of the most heavily reliant on Robotics, and we have perfected it over the last four years. Our cleaning Robots take care of 50% of the work that we do, which seems attractive to our franchisees, especially in a time of labor shortage and high operational costs." However, African-American celebrities do not seem to be having a problem in that department. From Five Guys Burgers to Burger King, it is clear that these celebrities are buying franchises in businesses with tremendous goodwill. In just a few months of offering our franchise, we already have our first four franchise owners, Two in Florida, One in Miami, one in Fort Lauderdale, and another about to open in California. Elaborating on the importance of loving the franchise, Jenkins explains further, "When most people think of owning a franchise, they instantly think of how much money they can make, but many franchises aren't even profitable. In [an interview](https://www.complex.com/music/2016/01/rick-ross-wingstop-newman) with Complex Media, Ross stated why he bought the franchise, "...Once I tasted it, I knew anybody who tasted it would like it." Perhaps the most challenging part about starting and running a new business is developing a unique system that works for the business. Between his TV appearances, movie deals, and sports involvements, it's difficult to imagine Shaq visiting all 200-plus franchises he owns, but that's the beauty of working systems. The problem with experimenting is that it often results in short-term losses. As an avid student of the franchise system, Jenkins advises that

NBA: Shaquille O'Neal reveals why he thinks the earth is flat (Daily Mail)

The US basketball legend, 50, appeared on the Kyle and Jackie'O show on Wednesday via videolink after arriving in Melbourne ahead of a speaking tour.

I only want to talk to Jackie O,' he said. The Earth is flat.' Radio host Kyle Sandilands (pictured) questioned the theory, noting how it's possible to travel from America to Australia from two directions, either from the east or west coast. I'm telling you, it's right in front of our faces. It's right in front of our faces. 'You know they say the world is spinning? It's just a theory,' said the former LA Laker, who is regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. LA back to Florida: flat. Seattle down to LA: flat. The NBA legend told Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O on Wednesday he 'likes listening' to pseudoscientific theories that the Earth is flat, and admitted he still 'isn't sure' if the planet is really spinning.
