- Season calamari rings and add to same pan. Add tomatoes, paprika, thyme and saffron. - Add remaining oil to same pan. Add garlic and cook until soft. - Meanwhile, to prepare paella, place capsicums, cut-side down on an oven tray and grill until skin is charred and blistered. Add prawn heads and shells.
