'Fiasco': Hadley storms off radio show (NEWS.com.au)

In a bizarre “fiasco”, 2GB radio show host Ray Hadley stormed off his Monday morning show after it was plagued by technical issues and miscommunication.

Amid the broadcasting chaos, Hadley proclaimed during his segment that he would no longer be presenting the Brisbane Ekka show on the grounds and instead would return “back to Sydney”. After enduring the “fiasco for 30 minutes”, Hadley finally cut the show short by walking out telling listeners that “there was no point” in continuing the show and that he would be replaced by presenter Mark Levy in Sydney. “I hope it is currently working and we’ll see what happens from hereon in but I do apologise most sincerely to network stations and the listeners on 2GB and 4BC for basically what has been a fiasco for 30 minutes, and obviously we’ll be having some discussions at midday about the fiasco I’ve presided over.”
