Fans still drowned out Pavlovich with boos during his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan. A right, then a left behind the ear, rocked Lewis. Pavlovich chased, and landed a few more right hands.
Pavlovich made short work of Lewis in a TKO win that was heavily criticized by the Dallas crowd.

Heavyweight Sergei Pavlovich scored a first-round finish over Derrick Lewis on the UFC 277 main card on Saturday, but many felt the fight was stopped early.
โI like the ref, but I wouldnโt debate that that was an early stoppage. It was definitely an early stoppage. โI think it was too soon, but to be fair, Miragliotta is a great ref,โ White said.
The fight was called in less than a minute, which left Derrick Lewis furious.
