The 31-year-old later apologised for his post, admitting he has "struggled" with his mental health "for years", and had hit "breaking point". "It's been a lot of changes and a lot of risks and a lot of rewards but also a lot of downfalls and, I guess, a lot of those downfalls happened at once and it kind of broke me a little bit," he said. "It was a really, really bad day for me the other day and maybe a build up of a lot of other stuff," he said in the video, which you can watch above.
