A 65-year-old man has been repeatedly punched and kicked in a brutal and merciless beating inside a retirement village in Perth's southern suburbs.

A 19-year-old man from Beaconsfield and a 20-year-old man from Hilton have both each been charged with one count of steal motor vehicle and one count of aggravated robbery. Police say the alleged perpetrators mercilessly punched the victim several times, causing him to fall to the ground. They arrived to find the retiree, who it will be alleged was attacked by two men, on the ground.
