ABC has reported Justice Robert Hulme has granted O'Keefe bail but under the conditions that O'Keefe must check into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre.

The rehab centre is located in North Sydney, so not a big trip for the former quiz master. Previously, O’Keefe was denied bail because he continually kept interrupting the Judge. However, O’Keefe was polite and courteous in this hearing and therefore granted bail.
