The Day of Eid Al-Fitr will be Monday 2nd of May 2022and the first day of the Month of Shawwal 1443AH." Eid al-Fitr traditionally begins the day after the sighting of the new crescent moon. Eid al-Fitr is almost upon us as Ramadan comes to an end and Muslims around the world gear up to sight the crescent moon. In all these countries, Sunday, May 1 will be the last day of Ramadan 2022 and Monday, May 2 will be the first day of Shawwal and Eid Al Fitr 2022.
