Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has revealed his side was hit with tragic news heading into their clash against Adelaide in Ballarat.

As such, the Bulldogs will be looking to put this week behind them and secure their third win against the struggling Bombers at Marvel Stadium next Sunday. Adding to the distressing times this week at the club, vice-captain Lachie Hunter has stepped away indefinitely for personal reasons.
