Ryan Garcia Vs. Emmanuel Tagoe: Odds, Records, Prediction (Forbes)

Ryan Garcia is returning for the first time in 15 months, and he faces an opponent in Emmanuel Tagoe who hasn't lost since 2004.

After joining up with Reynoso, you really got a sense of just how aggressive and powerful Garcia could be. Yet, Tagoe hasn’t fought in 17 months (and just once in the last 31 months), and it’ll be interesting to see if he has any ring rust. Unsurprisingly, Garcia is a large betting favorite at -1800 (bet $1,800 to win $100), while Tagoe is the +775 underdog. Campbell before storming back to stop him in the seventh. If all of those hit, you’d win $258 on a $100 bet. I can’t wait for Saturday. I’m going to show everyone.” We got along and there was something about him that appealed to me personality wise and fighting wise. “He’s old school, and I love that part of the game. I look at him and don’t see him 100% dedicated and, to us, that’s a bad signal.” Emmanuel Tagoe, including the odds, their records and a prediction on who will win. More than satisfied even. Here’s everything you need to know about Ryan Garcia vs.

Fujioka walked back into her corner after the round appearing to think the fight was over. Before the punch, Esparza landed an admirable two-punch combination. Esparza’s punches were clearly landing cleaner, but both fighters had their moments during the all-action affair. Esparza threw 436 punches throughout the ten-round bout compared to 418 by Fujioka.

SAN ANTONIO – Hector Valdez went the distance for the third straight time, though preserving his unbeaten record with a strong showing in his home state.

Opening the show, Sacramento’s Santos Ortega (7-0, 3KOs) enjoyed his first knockout since the pandemic after halting Hollywood, Florida’s Jesus Martinez (30-16-1, 15KOs) in the second round of their featherweight bout. A knockdown was called in round five when Valdez landed a left hook, though Moncada insisted his trip to the canvas was the result of their feet getting tangled. The Dallas-based prospect ended a year-long layoff with an eight-round, unanimous decision win over Mexico City’s Daniel Moncada (15-6-2, 5KOs). Scores of 80-71, 79-72 and 78-73 were in favor of Valdez, who was credited with a fifth-round knockdown en route to his clear-cut victory. Rincon jumped out to a strong start, flooring Frias with a straight left hand late in round two. Kalkreuth (9-1, 7KOs) fought for the first time since a stunning six-round loss to .500 journeyman Demetrius Banks, admittedly not at his best as he fought through injuries in what turned out to be an unexpected setback. A jab, right hand combination by Kalkreuth put Silgado flat on his back, with referee Rafael Ramos waving off the contest at 0:46 of round two.
